Hey all!I would like to remove the "Recents" button while in lockdown. I have figured out up until now that you can do this by running lockdown in "Native" mode, this way the button does get removed. The problem is that I am using an app called "Velocity" in this app there are 2 seperate profiles, and I am using the "intent:" action to open the app with a specific profile For example: ProfileAProfileB #Intent;action=android.intent.action.MAIN;component=com.wavelink.velocity/.te.SplashActivity;S.openProfile=ProfileA;end;#Intent;action=android.intent.action.MAIN;component=com.wavelink.velocity/.te.SplashActivity;S.openProfile=ProfileB;end; This intent works when in Activity suppression mode, but not when in Native mode. The end goal is to have the intent working as intended, and have the recents button removed/disabled.
Hi there, is there a way to enable access to Application permission screen during Activity Suppression lockdown? The screen is visible only for few milliseconds and it is not possible to enable the toggle. Here the video: 20240202_152542.mp4 Thank you.
Good Morning, I have an application running on an Android Plus device (Zebra TC52) that requires the ActionNotificationPolicyAccessSettings permission in order to change music/alarm/ring volume. I'm running into an issue where my application is requesting these permissions, but then Mobi Control is hiding the device settings window so users can't toggle the required permissions on. Is there a way to execute this intention and bypass the activity suppression? Thanks, Mark
We just moved some TC75x devices from Android 7.1.2 to 8.1.0 and because of that I had to change the lockdown mode from native to activity suppression so the user can see the top bar. We are having an issue where every once and a while when pressing the yellow scan button, it is opening the recent application list and then kicks the user to the kiosk. I thought this was tied to Android 8 but it is also happening on our 7 devices where I made the lockdown change. Has anyone else experienced this?
