We are running into a problem with linux devices running RedHat where remote controlled sessions just display a black screen. I have seem and resolved this before on Android but this is the first I have seen this on Linux. I ensured that "Screen Sharing" is enabled but other than that I am at a loss of what to check. Any advise is greatly appreciated! Thank you
HI We just updated our Samsung Tab A Android 10 with last released version of Mobi control agent and since this I get black screen when i'm trying to remote control it. I tried many thing like : - Feature control - Disable Screen Capture uncheck - Tried unlock in shell - Resetting agent on tablet with : _resetfailedrcdetectionflag Restartagent Nothing work. Also i'm trying to find a way to roll back agent without success. Do somebody have any idea ? Mobicontrol console verison : 14.4.9.1034 Supported APIs : SamsungMdmV57, Samsung RC v1, 839, Work Managed Device Thanks Claude
Hi All, We have a problem with Remote Desktop. When we are trying to connect to a device, we can see only a black screen, and we cannot open the device screen with the power button. This what we have checked / tried: "Disable screen capture when browsing" in SOTI Surf settings is unchecked _resetfailedrcdetectionflag + restartagent does not help "unlock" does not help If somebody unlocks the device physically, then it's working fine for some time, we also can lock screen, and unlock it for a few hours, but after about a day, it's the same again.
