Remote control - Black Screen after updated Mobi agent to last release 14.4.0.1028

HI 

We just updated our Samsung Tab A Android 10 with last released version of Mobi control agent and since this I get black screen when i'm trying to remote control it. I tried many thing like :

 

         - Feature control - Disable Screen Capture uncheck

         - Tried unlock in shell 

         - Resetting agent on tablet with :

               _resetfailedrcdetectionflag

               Restartagent

 

Nothing work. Also i'm trying to find a way to roll back agent without success. 

Do somebody have any idea ? 

Mobicontrol console verison : 14.4.9.1034

Supported APIs : SamsungMdmV57, Samsung RC v1, 839, Work Managed Device

Thank you for posting on SOTI Central.

Could you please confirm a few things:

  • Is there a firmware update available for the device?
  • Have you tried both Legacy and the latest version of SOTI Assist Remote Control?
  • Can you try the following script?: retryrcdetection
