Black screen during remote control

Hello, I have a problem with remote control on samsung tab a7 SM-T505 tablets. Most of the devices I have a black screen after turning on the remote control, there are also the same devices where the remote control works fine. What could be the cause? Agent / device restart not working.

Do all the devices, whether with functional or problematic remote control, have exactly the same policies (including all profiles, rules, advanced configurations) deployed?

yes, they are in one group and have exactly the same policies

I will add that it happens after updating the sha1 certificate to sha2 and only in new devices with android 10.
