If i understand correctly, you have this problem only on this specific model?

Try following to get screen on (if using XSight and not webview for remote control):

- In the menu (during remote control) on the right choose the last icon (looks like a device)

- Then click on the three bars ("burger menu")

Screen should turn on.

If this works and the power button doesn'T there maybe an issue related to the skin and you should open a case at Soti to investigate.

But if this is black screen where you would expect to enter pin code, this is an already known issue (https://discussions.soti.net/thread/android-11-pin-unlock-keypad-is-not-visible-during-remote-control-for-honeywell-device) and you can click into the black screen, enter pin code blind via your local keyboard and press enter.
