trying to remote control a Samsung A40E, however i am unable to see the screen it only shows as a black screen. if i click on the black screen i can see it controlling the device.
on occasion i will see the screen if the device is locked but once unlocked the remote session screen is then black.
using both firefox and google as my method of use no longer use IE as directed by Soti.
Check your Feature Control profile to see if the screen capture setting is not enabled.

Can you please try remote viewing the device from both legacy mode and web-based to check if you still see a black screen.
Also, try to change the Remote Connection settings - add particular skin to the device and confirm.
