We are also facing same issue . as per soti this is remote library issue from Samsung . any third-party remote tool will not work I installed team viewer that is also not working.

To solve your problem, you probably have to find out if the problem stems from the device firmware, the device agent, Soti Assist (for html5 remote-control session), your network configurations, your deployed profile/configurations, or other factors.

Did you experience the same problem with classical non-html5 remote control session on the same device?

Classical non-HTML5 remote session? I just do remote sessions through the SOTI console. Do you mean just a regular browser? I can't reach it via browser using the IP.

I meant a non-html5 remote control session that needs a plug-in to be installed on the Windows-based computer requesting the RC session.  If you are new to MobiControl and you are running v14.x, maybe you have previously chosen the option not to prompt you for the type of remote-control session to be opened.   If so, you can change that option by clicking "Preferences" menu item near the top-right corner of your v14.x web console.

Ah ok. No, I always do the plug-in remote session. I get kicked out of the web console if I used the web-based version.

I informed Chris about 8.1.0, that Samsung had some issue with Remote control Library and they have fixed it in new firmware.

For Android 9, MobiControl is fully compatible with new agent 13.7.1031

When remote controlling the tablet with legacy plugin I can see the apps, data, but screen is not loading with "waiting for screen" message. Is there something we can do to fix this?

How is the device managed? AE or DA? Work Profile or Work Managed? I'm assuming you just need the OEM AE Plugin for RC.
