Odd Remote Control Behavior

Issue: When trying to remote into certain devices, mainly Tab Active 3s (SM-T577U), I am met with a blank screen with a blinking cursor. I have attached a the image below. My question is, what would cause this? I have other device within the same group and geographic location which I can remote into with out issue. Is this a device agent issue? Something wrong with either my DS or MS? any and all information would be greatly appreciated.Remote Control error

Not sure if this is an issue here on my end but i can't see your screenshot.

Are the other devices also Samsung devices?

Hi Rafael,

That is odd, it looks like the screenshot didn't upload properly. And yes all other devices are Samsungs

As i never heard of this issue yet (or even seen on our end) and your other Samsung devices work fine i would recommend to investigate that maybe with Soti Support as i also don't remember any screen which should show a black blank screen with a blinking cursor (only without).
