device is connected to SOTI but will not let me remote control.

i have a samsung tab A device that will not let me remote control, but the device shows the blue screen indicating that it is connected to SOTI MobiControl. we have about 200 devices with the same exact configuration as this device. yet only this device has the remote control options grayed out. has anyone ever ran into this issue?

MobiControl version 13.4.0.5074

You can use the script commands suggested by Matt if your device's active MDM API's  do not include RC1 or something similar.  Otherwise,  more information is needed to find out what cause your problem.
