On top of generating an article as suggested by Matt,  can any forum moderators communicate to Soti management to have the SEARCH related functions of this forum SIGNIFICANTLY improved, so that people can easily find the best solution(s) from earlier posts/threads instead of starting the same discussion topic over and over again?

We are actually working on a few enhancements including the search capabilities.  Thank you for the suggestion.  When we are at liberty to provide more details we will definitely update you and the community with these details.  

Nonetheless, I will provide Management with your suggestions to ensure they are included. 

With regards to the article that may also serve as a useful tool, as it does come up often.  We will discuss this and update the tread accordingly.
