Hy, For a few days now, the remote control icon has disappeared from the device page. icon has disappeared on few devices not all device. while reading some posts, I tried to run this script: _resetfailedrcdetectionflagrestartagent But that doesn't solve the problem. There are seemingly twice as many Device Properties under the Filter Criteria options for Virtual Groups as there are under Profile Assignments. Why is there a disparity between the two? If there was a use case to build out support for a property value in one, then wouldn't the same use case inherently exist in the other? OEMVersion was only just added to the Profile Assignment options in a recent maintenance build for 13.3 despite it being an option for Virtual Groups for quite some time.
