If the Remote-Control API was never reported to be active, or if it kept on disappearing every now and then after running the script command you mentioned,  then you probably need to open an official ticket with Soti support team to check if your current device agent is the best that fits your device.

thanks for your response, all device are the same model and have the same version of mobicontrol agent.

And last week , all device was ok, but sudenly some of them have lost the remote control icon option.

I have opened a ticket on soti support, i  am waiting their response
