    Can you set the Android max timeout time allowed via a profile configuration? Solved

    Currently running MobiControl 14.3.4.1087.  In previous versions of MobiControl my organization was able to set the max timeout allowed for the devices as a part of our profile configuration. I am trying to configure a new profile and I cannot seem to find this setting. Does anyone else have this issue or know the solution?

    Why remote control connection icon has disapear for some device in the device option page

    Hy, For a few days now, the remote control icon has disappeared from the device page. icon has disappeared on few devices not all device. while reading some posts, I tried to run this script: _resetfailedrcdetectionflagrestartagent But that doesn't solve the problem. I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem. My soti version : 14.1.8.1064 Thanks for your reply

    Changes from 14.1 --> 14.3 Solved Locked

    Hi we are currently using: 14.1.5.1284 and will be upgrading to 14.3.  We would like to see a link of documentation of the changes between the 2 versions and any direct impact on iOS devices. Thank you,

    Remote Control options in MobiControl 14.3 Solved Locked

    I have just upgraded to MobiControl 14.3 in our Dev environment and I have question about the prompt that appears when using the Remote Control functionality. Currently our 13.4 users use a combination of the Remote Control and Remote Control (HTML5) for users who do not wish to download the browser plugin. In the 14.3 world, we are referring to the downloadable plugin as a legacy app and if the web-based option is used, SOTI Assist needs to be installed as a prerequisite. Questions: 1) Can someone from SOTI confirm if the downloadable plugin is going to be phased out? If so, any ETA on when this will happen? 2) For web-based access, is there any option to continue using this without the SOTI Assist installation? 3) For web-based access, what does this mean for existing/future device skins?

    Can you modify the default Default column view in MC 14.x for all users? Solved Locked

    I'm sure this request might sound a little confusing at first but I'm looking for a way to pre-configure the Default column view in the for a new MC user. I often have to reconfigure the default column views for every new MC user that I create with some of our common customizations like Custom Data values that we're extracting from the devices. Is there anyway to set those default Defaults?

    Customize Device Actions Bar in 14.x?

    Can you adjust the default list of Device Actions? I like having quick accessibility to some actions like Remote Control and Send Script but would want to hide Delete and Unenroll and some of the other options. Can you adjust this list of Actions at all?
