Good morning,
we have Zebra MC18 devices enrolled on the SOTI MobiControl, but the remote control is disable.
In the Supported APIs I see "undefined".
I have try to send the script commands like below:
__switch ENTERPRISE_41 VIRTUAL_DISPLAY
_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
restartagent
and
_resetfailedrcdetectionflag
restartagent
but don't solved the problem.
I also tryed to install the plugin.
How can I solve this problem?

Agent version: 13.3.3.1059MobiControl
How are you enrolling and managing the devices? If DA (Android+) then you will need to enroll them with the OEM (Zebra) specific agent. If using Android Enterprise then you will need to use the Generic AE Agent + the Zebra RC plugin AND have the devices enrolled under DO (Work/Fully Managed).
Beyond that, I would consider upgrading your MobiControl version as 13.0 is very old. I would recommend moving to 13.4 at a minimum.
Thank you Matt, I enrolled the devices in DA mode with Zebra specific agent.
I has think to upgrade the web console, but the license is exired. Can I upgrade it anyway?

Please renew the license to upgrade the MobiControl from version 13.0.0.
To enable the Remote Control, the supported API for RC should be available on the device.
