remote connexion -> icon not present on some device ?

Hello,

since several days now, we have installed the mobicontrol on version 14.4.9.1034

All our devices are migrated WITHOUT problem..

I have only device zebra TC75X with android 7 enroll android + with agent on version -> 14.1.6 build 1018.

But since today, i notice on some device, i see on web console icon for to make remote connexion (downloadable plugin) BUT for some device the icon is not present !!!!

Device is the same, I've try to reboot device -> always same icon not present 

agent is update also but nothing change 

Have you got any idea ?

The legacy script which Matt has mentioned is a great suggestion. Otherwise, you can also try this script:

retryrcdetection
