I am running on an issue where some of our Zebra MC9300 wont connect to the remote display after being updated.
We are on the 2025 MobiControl with the latest agent and plugins.
The devices are running lifeguard 14-23-05.00-UG-U03-STD-HEL-04.
Any thoughts on what could be going on here?
Edit: I have also tried with and without plugin.
I have found that I have to remove the Plugin on all Helios family Zebra devices like the MC9300 after they are upgraded to A14. You may have to restart the device or send the retryrcdetection script to them after you have uninstalled the plugin for it to work.
I agree with Matt, just a small note, after removing the plugin from the test device if you still face any issue to remote control to the device, please also try using remote control via legacy if you haven't tried yet (instead of web-based remote-control option).
