we have an issue with our devices Zebra MC3300 that going in black screen even though they are connected to the Soti Server.

The only solution to solve the issue is to restart remotely by soft reset in web remote session. if we try to power on or reboot by hardware button on device, nothing happens.

Agent version is 15.3.3.1069
