Hello,
we have an issue with our devices Zebra MC3300 that going in black screen even though they are connected to the Soti Server.
The only solution to solve the issue is to restart remotely by soft reset in web remote session. if we try to power on or reboot by hardware button on device, nothing happens.
Agent version is 15.3.3.1069

We have enable Allow Airplane Mode radio button on Feature Control profile setting:

The display might be timing out on the device. What happens when you hit the menu or home soft button on the side bar menu in Remote Control? You can likely wake up the device screen with one of those buttons.
As soon it happens again I try and let you know, I take the opportunity to say that O.S. is Android 10.
Good morning, even pressing the menu or home keys nothing happens. I point out that the black screen is both on the device and on the remote screen.
Just speculating, but is there any Screen Blanking configured through lockdown profile or by StageNow configuration?
Where can I found these configurations? We don't use Stage Now configuration for device, we only use Soti Mobicontrol apk to enroll device on Soti Server.
Hello everyone,
we have replicated the issue tha appened when user raplace the battery without power off the device previously. If the battery was replaced immediately everithing go good(while the battery charge leds flash).
If the battery is raplaced(whitouth power off device) after one minute the screen becomes black.
