The Screen share ability has stopped working for us using the "downloadable plugin". If I enroll a new device it will work but then after a few hours it stops working and I only get "waiting for Screen". Any ideas on what to check on?

What MC version do you have?
What's your Android management deployment type? AE only or OEM specific?
You're using Xsight for RC?
In our case, with 2025 and Xsight on all Zebra devices (with Android 14) i have to remove the plugin from the device before RC works. Otherwise i get that exact behaviour, "Waiting for screen"

Normally only helps if you have an RCerror in supported API's but maybe worth testing this legacy one:

CheckInSomething which helped in most other cases on our end is this:
mobicontrol.agent.restart();
mobicontrol.agent.checkIn();Note, that the agent will ofc disconnect for a short moment and should reconnect afterwards.
But also the one @Alin Sfiriacmentioned, to uninstall the plugin, could help as we read it again and again that this could cause issues.
No Matter what you choose or what might help:
If you see this issue reappear again and again, contact the support and investigate if there's something maybe on connection side or even in the agent or Mobicontrol causing this issue which needs to be fixed then.
