Hello, Someone know how to setup the sync frequency Gmail for Exchange in Android Enterprise mode. Gmail work well, all settings for the server are ok, but the sync frequency for fetch the new email is 30 minutes by default. I what the push mode/auto, not 30 minutes. Thank you
Hi all, We have had a few requests regarding the option on having a shared contact-book on multiple Android devices, with the entries being read-only on the device. Any experience or suggestions to test for this particular use-case? We've received a number of reports of people losing their email configuration on Android Enterprise enrolled devices. This only seems to be occurring when their password is changed, to resolve the issue we have to revoke the Exchange ActiveSync policy from the device via MobiControl and them install again, which then prompts them to input their email address, username and finally password within the Gmail app. We mainly use Samsung Galaxy A20e devices throughout but there are some legacy devices still in circulation. Any advise to stop this happening will be very useful. Thanks in advanced.
I want to add a corporate gmail account to devices which have been built under Android Enterprise. The option to add the account is disabled and with a popup saying to contact the mobicontrol administrator there is no security option to enable (or disable for that fact) within Feature Control as I am used to seeing with an Android+ profile. How do I allow the addition of another Gmail account?
