Gmail sync push instead of 30 minutes

Hello,

Someone know how to setup the sync frequency Gmail for Exchange in Android Enterprise mode. Gmail work well, all settings for the server are ok, but the sync frequency for fetch the new email is 30 minutes by default. I what the push mode/auto, not 30 minutes.

Hello Phil,

Have you tried setting Default Sync Window to Unlimited?

The default sync window is for the email retention time in the account.

Hi Phil, can this setting me made within the app configuration itself? If you go to the app catalog, find the app and on the same screen you set if the app is mandatory or optional there are some advanced settings for certain apps. Hope this helps. Adam

Hi I also have the same problem.  Setting up Gmail on the device the default setting is 30mins, is there a way to manage this setting?
