    Google Maps

Occasionally, a couple of our T56s and T57s will ask for a Google account to use Google Maps even after they have been successfully able to use the maps for months at a time. Our only method of fixing these have been to have them factory reset but have seen the same ones come back some time later to have the same issue. Is there a fix for this that we are unaware of? I assume it is an enrollment issue as I always thought that it pulls the Google account from the enrollment.

How to Force Synhcronization of Google account to its currently binding company account

A catalog rule has been created and assigned to a set of devices, which all of them has been enrolled by the same Add Rule. It means , all of them has its binding to the same company binding. The catalog rule holds some private application as mandatory. Some devices assumes the new application immediately after the cycle request, but some take more then 3 days to receive it. For those devices that are not installing the app, when clicks (in the device) on play store, it shows the application as not been released to the device. But it shows in the device MDM Catalog icone as Free and Mandatory. It looks like the device has not synchronized its account to the company bindings. After 3 or 4 days, it shows as released and may install. I have tried to force google play protect to rescan and also to restart device, but it still has "its own time to synchronize". Turning off the LockDown and set as administrative way, I got into device settings accounts, but the button to synchronize its android work account is disabled. Is there a way to force the synchronization between device and its Google account ?

Device stuck on Google account Solved Locked

Hi. I have a trouble with enrolling devices to my SOTI server. Here is a screenshot with messages which I can't get rid of and enroll any device, using google mdm account in SOTI. Device: Samsung J5Android version: 9Knox version: 3.4Playstore version: 22.4.25-21Soti Server version: 15.1.0.3413 Soti mobile version: 14.1.4 Build 1010 At the beginning, there were any problems with enrolling device. I've could enroll more than 50 device in the same day.Later, only 10 a day. Next day there were no problems to continue enrolling. After few weeks, only one device a day. Now, I can't enroll any device. Sometimes, I need to wait few days, sometimes more than a week to enroll. This problem started from June and still persist. There is no any problems with SOTI license or Samsung ELM, because device is always succesfully enrolled without google account. What i've tried:- create a new rule with another mdm google account and enrolling device: success.- enroll device without google account: success.- reboot server, reboot device: still not working.- check if hash for mdm google account is the same. Are the same, but device still stuck in same message. - enroll devie in another server and without google account: success. Is there any google account limitations for how much devices you can enroll via MDM? Thanks.

    Google Account looses login

Hello everyone,we currently have a problem with our devices and the google play store. When we enroll our devices we manually enter a google account. It is the same for every device. At first everything works fine and we can install the necessary apps out of the play store. After a while (not a set amount of time) you need to login again with the google account. When trying to login this time though it does not work. After "Checking info" it says:There was a problem communicating with Google servers.I analyzed the problem with our network department. There is no traffic at all when trying to connect to the google servers. The connection seems to be blocked by the device.Other Websites and apps work fine though and the traffic is visible. When using a different wifi the google login works again. In our company Wifi we use PEAP with MSCHAPV2 as second phase authentication.Furthermore we use a proxy with an auto config file.Is there any setting I could have missed or is this a problem anyone of you had before? Some further infos:Devices: Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 with Android+ profilesMobicontrol: 14.2.0.2894Thanks for the help

Devices stuck at "configuring google account" pending action Solved

Hi,  We have recently started staging a number of Android devices with Managed Google Play accounts, and today found that all of the devices were getting stuck for quite a long time at the pending action "configuring google account" phase of staging.  We have staged a handful of devices at a time before with the odd device struggling at that bit, but never have we had the entire lot grind to a halt!  Is this something people have seen before?
