I have a enterprise full of Samsung Tab A (2019) which i want to create a standard image for these. I have managed to deploy the programs i want through Managed Store, I have deleted some programs that i don't want using App Control.Now my question is that the apps i have installed don't seem to create a shortcut but only sit in the apps screen when you swipe up.is there a setting im missing in the store ? Is there a script i can use to make these shortcuts if not ? Device: Samsung TAB A (2019)Soti Agent Ver: 14.5.5.1023

Hi guys,Target Devices: BYODWork-email should not be used/configured on personal profile. Is there a workaround via SOTI Mobicontrol that we can restrict the end-user to use email-app on their personal profile? Here are my ideas if it is possible, maybe you can enlighten me how to do it: Admin will not broadcast Mail Server settings to end-users Admin will push email app/client Admin will preconfigure the mail settings Work-Profile Email app does hide mail settings so that user can’t copy and configured it to their personal mail client Configure mail server to only be accessible via SOTI Surf Or if you have any suggestions, appreciate if you could shareThanks!
