Hi. I’m using the 2026 cloud version and have enabled the new feature called Surf Debug Logs. Where can I find them?
Hi all. Our Deployment server crashes very often so we have to start it again all the time (using the Administration utility). Which logs (and where to find them in SOTI console) are best for finding the cause of the crashes? Or any better idea? And is there a simple setting/way to start it automatically? Thanks. SOTI version - 15.0.1.1181
Is there a way to export FileSync rule logs? In order to have a list of which devices were synced? I've tried getting this information through a report, but no success. I just need the log that is visible below each FileSync rule, exported as xls or csv.
