Hello All When you send a (legacy) script to one or more devices in Mobicontrol, at the bottom you have the option to "Queue messages for offline devices". I want to make a Profile with a task scheduler which will run a script weekly. But I do not want it to queue for offline devices. I only want to run the script on online devices. Is this possible with a task scheduler? Must I add a filter somewere? Because I do not have the slider option "Queue messages for offline devices"
Hello, has anyone encounter the issue where the backbround service & agent only start if the device was once unlocked after a restart?
I have a few devices that are almost always offline. these have a very good internet connection (4g). if i go to soti agent on the device and press disconnect, then connect again. then i see the device online for a few seconds and again it goes offline. Mobicontrol Version: 15.1.3.device: bluebird ef500r with android 6.0.1 can you help me with this please.
Hi Everyone, I'm hoping you can help, I’m trying to build a script so when a device has been offline for 14 days it will automatically move into a different group and push a kiosk mode to the device. I’m struggling to find support for this, can you help? Thanks,
how can we do a Android Entreprise Enrolment of a Zebra TC56 device which is under android 8, knowing that the on premise soti-mobiControl platform is offline
Hi all, I run an instance which has been slowly growing, we've recently hit 549 devices. However, the amount online has stayed consistently just under 40%. 60% of devices will be offline at any time. IT also seems to rotate through different devices but never going above that 40% online mark. All devices are Android +. Some will connect one day and not the next. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening, but we urgently need as many of these devices connected at once as possible. Would there be a connection limit on the server? Any help as to why this is and how to fix it would be hugely appreciated.
Based on the other topic I've read, it is possible to setup an offline instance. We can bypass SOTI Services by sideloading device agents, skins etc. I just want to know what are the features we can't use or things that we can't do between different OS (Android, iOS, Windows, Linux) if we are planning to setup an instance on an offline environment. Thanks
