Hello Evreyone , I have an issue with some CK65 scanner that they are not able to install the lockdown profile and I'm getting this error message : Profile "CK65_Lockdown" version 11 failed to install, because all of its payloads cannot be installed. OS Version: 10 Device Kind: Android Plus OEM Version: 90.00.08-(0203) Any one know how to solve this issue please ?
When I am attempting to update the version of a package in a profile and apply it to an Android phone, I am constantly receiving this error message no matter what I do. It is not a separate package, but simply a newer version of the same package. This error occurs whether or not I have Google Play Protect enabled. I have also tried uninstalling the app completely from the device and the same error still occurs. I am running MC version 15.3 and the devices in question are running Android OS 6 - 10 given the device. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do for determining the root cause of this issue?
Hi. zebra mc55x windows Ce device. On device, the MobiControl Profile shows install failed for package(s). How can I reset them or otherwise allow another attempt at installing them?
As of Aug 2018, is MobiControl v14 still only supporting the following two linux distributions: Ubuntu 16.04 or later Raspbian 8.0 or later Are there any other distributions in the process of certification? If so, what are the estimated schedule to officially have them certified and supported? Also, it seems that only out-of-contact policy is the only profile payload available in the forthcoming MobiControl v14.2. Is there any feature roadmap to add other profile payloads for the linux device platform in the near future?
