Hello, i am trying to add the Support Contact Information tab to our lockdown profile as a shortcutDoes anyone have any ideas on how to do this? I have configured it as i wanted but it requires to go out of Lockdown profile which are users wont be able to doSince we have several different locations we want to list a contact number to our Administrators in order to be able to support
I have a enterprise full of Samsung Tab A (2019) which i want to create a standard image for these. I have managed to deploy the programs i want through Managed Store, I have deleted some programs that i don't want using App Control.Now my question is that the apps i have installed don't seem to create a shortcut but only sit in the apps screen when you swipe up.is there a setting im missing in the store ? Is there a script i can use to make these shortcuts if not ? Device: Samsung TAB A (2019)Soti Agent Ver: 14.5.5.1023
