Hello, i am trying to add the Support Contact Information tab to our lockdown profile as a shortcut
Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
I have configured it as i wanted but it requires to go out of Lockdown profile which are users wont be able to do
Since we have several different locations we want to list a contact number to our Administrators in order to be able to support
With identify_activity i only get this: net.soti.mobicontrol.androidwork/net.soti.mobicontrol.ui.MainActivity
I am pretty sure this is not explicitly pointing to the support tab in the Mobicontrol app.
But you could add in the template a button showing a message window where you display the information.
The bad thing is that you need to add this to your template code and if it changes, you need to change the template if you don't grab this via a custom attribute.

Thanks for your reply, i have decided to just add it as a custom message in the DynamicLockdown Template which turned out better for us
However a function to create the support page in Soti displayed as a lockdown shortcut would be great if you need to apply more information regarding the support
