How to add another page (subpage), accessed when pressing button, to lockdownscreen

We have seen one of our clients, also using Soti MobiControl, have added buttons to the lockdown screen. When they press the button, a new page with new buttons or apps opens up. If the press back, it goes back to the main page.

Have anyone here had success adding subpages to the lockdown screen, that opens when you press a button on the screen or anything similar?

We have a client who could benefit from such a solution.
On the main screen they have a standard lockdown profile from the standard template.
They have 9 apps but would like a button to access a manuals page, where we add links to open pdfs on the device directly. (using the file command)

We don't allow them access to the file manager on the device, which btw is a Zebra TC26.

I think this is expacted behaviour.

I'm not totally sure but take a look into the dynamic template.
There you shouldn't need buttons to switch pages, they are created because of the amount of apps and inside the template i think you can align several things to your need. I think it would be worth for you to dive into that.

Otherwise they need to add a button to go to previous page as well but never used buttons in the lockdown yet.

Well the thing is we would like to have buttons and subpages:)

We already use a modified version of the dynamic template.

Ok, so you have tried to put buttons on your "subpages" to point to the previous page as well (to not use the "back" or "home" button from the OS)?

That would be my only idea, otherwise you may need to wait for a response from someone else already using this. As said we don't use buttons yet, sorry.

We have seen another company who did put a button on their lockdown, that changed to a subpage.
We have not been able to figure out how to do it.
I mean basic HTML programming would be a button that links to the subpage and a button that links back.

We just have not been able to reproduce it.

But if anyone had actually done this, we would love to know a little bit more about how.

Also, we are not expert HTML coders, just supporters, but we have managed to make a few tweaks to the lockdown profile to match our other needs.

As mentioned in many threads in the past, what you required is definitely doable within the vastly configurable html/CSS/javascript lockdown menu framework of MobiControl.   As my company provides paid service/solutions for customized advanced lockdown-menu implementations to our customers,  I am not permitted to reveal details in an open forum for free.

The solution may need extra customizations that vary with different device brands/models/firmwares, and also with some tricky MobiControl policies to be deployed onto the devices of interest.  Please note that even a seasoned web programmer used to working on open generic corporate web sites may not have all the necessary knowhows about MobiControl to make the lockdown menu both secure and responsive whether the device is online or not.
