I hope you have really found your solution already.  I was just asking questions in my previous posts to figure out what your current settings are and what you want to achieve,

BTW, if your primary intention is to have your corporate web-app run within a security-hardened Soti Suf  secure browser, then you also have to option to  use surf:// in your lockdown menu entry definition to save your device end-users the extra effort to click on the URL icon within Soti Surf..

I reckon you meant you want the device to launch Soti Surf rather than the default browser, the so-called "core app" in your post,  Is that right?

If you don't want device end-users to use that "core app", then why would you leave such app in your lockdown menu?

Thanks Raymond for your time and reply.

No , We have one url app  on lockscreen so we are going to shutdown soon so the same url we have  added in SOTI Surf so we wanted to use the users from SOTI surf browser to access that url instead of that url app from lock screen. So once all users started using the SOTI surf we can easily remove the app icon from lockscreen. that out motive to achive this.

I am sorry I frankly don't completely understand what you are saying.

By the term "URL app",  I guess you mean your corporate web-app.  Is that right?   Do you use https:// instead of launch:// for this item in your lockdown menu ?

I guess you have added the URL associated with this web app to Soti Surf via a Soti Surf profile payload, and you now want end-user to start the web-app within Soti Surf.  Is that right?

If so,  is your Soti Surf itself configured in kiosk mode and is solely used to run this corporate web-app, and  end-users are not allowed to go to any other URL within Soti Surf?
