i have disablet all Google Apps over a Rule in MobiControl.

Profile -> Application Run Control -> add and com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox

Since them i have no Reaction when "Hey Google .. ;)"

I have disabelt all Google Apps with this option, but no Services that will crash you device.....

I tested this package from a SOTI profile and from a StageNow configuration.
This disables the application rather than just the parameter I was targeting but it seems to answer my request.
