Hello everyone in the SOTI community.
I’m experiencing an issue with the Enterprise 802.1x Wi-Fi profile on Zebra and Datalogic devices running Android 14. The profile works fine on devices with lower Android versions, but it does not work on Android 14 devices.

To investigate this issue we require your server deatils.
Additionally, Android 14 introduces stricter security and networking changes that can affect Enterprise 802.1X Wi-Fi profiles. Since it works on lower Android versions, I’d recommend checking the following:
Certificates
Ensure the CA/client certificates are properly deployed and trusted. Avoid using “Do not validate,” as Android 14 may block such configurations. Certificates should be installed before applying the Wi-Fi profile.
EAP Configuration
Verify the EAP method, inner authentication, identity/anonymous identity, and domain suffix match are correctly configured and supported by Android 14.
SOTI MobiControl Version
Confirm you are using the latest MobiControl server and Android agent, as older versions may not fully support Android 14.
