My guess would be the more restrictive requirements for 802.11x in higher versions of Android. Do you have a Domain explicitly configured? That is a newer requirement for example.

Also, are you able to manually connect one of the A14 devices to the network? Does it work manually, just not via SOTI?

Google devices running Android 13 and higher, with a Google Play system update version from April 2023 or later. When configuring the Wi-Fi policy, the following fields are required:

• CA certificate
• Domain or Alternate Subject

If the required fields are not completed, the configuration fails and you may encounter an error.
