Starting and ending of remote-control session has log entries shown in both the event log tab of the device agent, device log file on the device, and the log tab of the device in MobiControl web-console.  If I remember correctly, the administrator account starting the RC session can be found on the server side (in the web-console and/or SQL database, but I am not too sure if the information is always available in the UI of the device side.

Actually, it is also possible to configure the remote-session to be non-silent, meaning that device end-user will be prompted when a remote control session is requested, and can refuse such RC session from proceeding.

Thanks

Is there a report that can be run to show all instances of remote control

How do you enable that function so they have to accept it everytime?

I can't answer the first question but the sevcond one.

This can be done in users and permissions section.

  1. Select relevant user / group
  2. Select Device Group permissions
  3. Select relevant folder
  4. Scroll down and uncollapse the "remote control devices" part on the right
  5. uncheck the "control without notification"

This should do it. But you can't do change this setting for default groups like "Mobicontrol Administrators".
