Remote control logs/activity

Hello

Is it possible to view global remote control logs in a comprehensive way?
I would ideally want a overview of all remote controll activity.

I have noticed MCDeplSvr log contains some information, as well as the RCServer log in soti assit.
But both these logs are very uncomprehensive.
For example the logs don't tell what user starts remote control.

I'm running Mobicontrol 15.6 and Assist 3.1, and mostly windows devices.

Thanks in advance

Have you taken a look into the XSight logs as XSight is the service providing the web-remote control?

I do not have xsight installed or purchased :)

So, you use only the legacy remote control?
You don't need an XSight license to use it for web Remote control.

we use web-based/Assist and legacy.

Yeah, i think i remember it was Assist before, so you haven't upgraded...sorry i fully forgotten :D

Does Soti Assist have a seperate log?

No problem!

The picture in the initial post is the only Assist log I found with intereseting content. But it's unfortnualty not sufficiant..

The only way i see something like this is in the console (we use 15.6.5) for each Role.
There you can see in the logs when remote control was requested by whom and when but not to which device.

Other way around in the reports of Mobicontrol. There you can see to which device and how long it was done.

I assume you could create a custom report where you can define this required information being provided (and if needed schedule it and also maybe send it via mail to someone).
