I don't believe it is possible to have SOTI hub read the file from the content library or the file manager but just so we're on the same page what exactly is the use case for having hub read these files?

The goal is that users do not have to access the application of soti mobicontrol, to see the documents. Sino Soti hub is the only application you have to see the content that the administrator of Soti MobiControl allows you to view within the mobile device online and offline.
