our gmail account that used to SOTI enterprise binding has disabled by Google.
now we have created new gmail account and add it to soti as a new enterprise binding
now need to apply this new account to the enrolled devices as manage account.
is there a way to do this without reenroll them ?
Never done but you could use the command "reset account" and select the new one there (remember to change the enrollment policy as well).
This command can be found if you click a device where you can send script etc. as well.
But in generall, there must be a reason for them to disable your account. Did you try to contact them and ask for help to get it reenabled? Would make way more sense.
This is now hard to help with without knowing why this happens, looks like you need assistance from Soti for deep dive but as already said, you should focus more likely to get the old one unlocked.
old one disabled due to google new policy I think. we didn't access that account for long time via google services. only used to enterprise binding.
