Frankly speaking, I haven't used Managed Google account soon after Managed Google Play Account was introduced by Google and supported in MobiControl.  Is there any particular reason you want to use Managed-Google account that needs various configurations on Google's G-Suite portal?

Have you tried adding Managed Google Play account and successfully enrolled any Android Enterprise devices?  If so, the network configuration of your MobiControl server and your test device should be OK, and you can then focus on what configurations on G-Sutie portal and other configurations (Enterprise bindings, etc.) on your MC server.

The client wants to import their users from GSuite. Previously we want to use the idp connection through saml but that also didn't work. Even thou they have Google account idp and Lastpass idp. So now we are trying to use their google account and google domain to import their users and help for the enrollment. Every each users registered on their g suite has their own corporate email address to use all the google apps such as gdrive specificly with their own google corporate account, etc. If we dont bind the google domain. Playstore and g apps would only sync to an enterprise account not to each users email account.
