How can I set the screen lock setting from swipe to none in MobiControl?

Hello,

I'm using a DS5AX from MobileBase/Daishin.

- Android Enterprise

- Agent Version:  15.3.1.1229

- Android 10, OEM-Version: Q5.626 (Jun 09 2023)

I need to change the Screen Lock settings to "none" on 150+ devices. Is there a way to do so with MobiControl?

You may try Disable Lock screen from Profiles->Configurations->Authentication section as below:

HI Christoph,

Do you just want to have no screen-lock? Or rather have the device screen NEVER timed out and turned off?

Hi Raymond,

I'd like to have no screen lock, so not having to swipe to unlock it after pressing the unlock/power button.

I don't believe it is possible right now and I would suggest for you to create a support ticket to create a feature request. You can then follow up with your account manager on the progress of the feature request.

Could you also provide the device model that you are using?
