Hi,
We would like to disable any Screen Lock on our android devices (slide, passcode, pattern, pin, password). How can this be done? We have a few hundred devices, so it should be done with soti. Is there any way to do that?
How are your devices being managed? Device Admin mode or Device Owner/Work Profile/Android Enterprise?
I think you are going to be hard pressed to find this sort of functionality unless you are managing them in Device Admin mode. There will also likely be issues with the Key Store if you attempt to disable the lockscreen, especially if you are using it to manage wireless and MobiControl certificates. Furthermore, this will also likely come down to the specific manufacturer and what version of Android they are running. Zebra Android devices have this capability via the MX management/configuration layer that MobiControl can access.
