1. I want to use PIN Code Lock screen Only and  Disable Fingerprint Secure Lockscreen or other lock screen choice.

How to do?

2. How to Get Device Pinlocked, can I?

3. Why Smartphone Mobile has been offline, Althrough SIM CARD have been inserted, So, I can not disable passcode from SOTI Web console.

What are the active MDM API's reported in the configuration tab of your device agent or in the device details tab in your web-console?

Does your device report any Knox libraries and their versions in  device's Settings->About Phone->Software Information->Knox Version?  If so, what are they?
