Is there any reason why you would still need TeamViewer if you're moving from Intune to SOTI? In Intune a separate TeamViewer license is required for Remote Control. With SOTI the Remote Control capability is natively built into the console and doesn't require any additional licensing. There isnt as much of a need to bring TeamViewer forward when using SOTI, at least from my perspective.
I fully agree to Matt but if you still need to provide this for any reason, you just need to follow the guide.
1. Get the Zebra OEMConfig app via Enterprise app policy (apk you can get here: https://www.zebra.com/de/de/support-downloads/software/utilities/oemconfig-android-application.html) or directly from playstore using managed google play account.
2. Goto managed app config and make the relevant changes as shown in your guide:
I didn't test it because we don't have teamviewer as the inbuild remote control is working fine and saves money to be spend in teamviewer licenses.
