Upgraded MobiControl to 14.1.5.1284 and downloaded new Device Agent.
When installed to a Zebra MC330K it keeps stopping.
Older agent worked but had other issues.
Any workaround
(Miss the old v9 interface)
When did you perform the upgrade? From which version and build number of MobiControl server did you upgrade the server from?
How many Zebra MC330K do you have? Is there other brand/model(s) of devices? If so, how many are there and are they all working fine?
What are the issues of older agent(s) with the new server?
Is there any new feature(s) in v14.1.5 you critically need that caused you to upgrade?
