did you mean Windows CE or WM Devices?

If you have created an agent for your WindowsCE/Mobile deice,  you can also download the corresponding .ini file associated with your add-devices rule.  Put the .ini file in the same directory as your agent binary before you tap/click on the agent to start enrollment.

Have you got a chance to test as per above mentioned suggestion by raymond.

I will suggest you to make sure if you are using windows ce devices kindly try the following.

Try to make sure your device must be fully factory reset and should not have any previous mobi control files as factory reset , does not delete these files.

Kindly also try to build the agent again if possible (specially for those scenarios if anything has been modified or changed in your mobi server side) and provision it with other method too such as by running exe file.
