the dual messenger option is officially not supported when Knox related MDM is active.
What are the device model and firmware version/build numbers?
Could you elaborate details if this option (or/and show device screenshot of such Settings option)?
Have you checked if there is any related parameter(s) in the latest Samsung OEMConfig compliant apps "Knox Service Plug-In (KSP)" ?

basically using this feature device user can create two whatsapp accounts in same device
