Enable full remote control access for Samsung device's

I'm unable to take over Samsung devices in SOTI MobiControl without acceptance from the user.
Once the user has accepted my request i'm also unable to do any actions on the device.
I'm only able to look.

I need to be able to take over any samsung device with full control and without any interference of the user.

I tried using several plugins but none are working.

What is the model of your Samsung device?   

What are the active MDM API's reported in the device details view in the web-console or in the configurations tab of the device agent? 

What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server and device agent?

Try following:

Provide the KSP app (Knox Service Plugin) to the device with following settings:

Under "Device-widepolicies(SelectivelyapplicabletoFullyManageDevice(DO)orWorkProfile-oncompanyowneddevices(WP-C)modeasnoted)" :

further down then:

->

1. Notification Access only for net.soti.mobicontrol.androidwork/net.soti.mobicontrol.notification.SotiStatusBarNotificationListenerService

2. Any other Permission (without notification access) for net.soti.mobicontrol.androidwork/net.soti.mobicontrol.ui.MainActivity

You also need to provide a (free) Knox license key, being able to be generated and grabbed from your Samsung Knox Portal.
