Hi, is there any way to also have Remote Control abilities for Android Enterprise (Work Managed) Samsung devices? I find it strange that I have to ask the user permission to simply be able to View their screen, even as a Device Owner.
Is this a feature we can expect to have one day in MobiControl?
Update: wanted to clarify that these are Samsung tablets. No separate remote control agent is available for download from SOTI's website.

There was a recent update to the Samsung Android Enterprise agent which now allows for Remote Control capabilities on the device. The new agent can be found on the Google Play Store.

Hi, I discovered this 2 days ago when I received the update on one of my devices. I tested it out, and indeed, I am now able to Remote Control Samsung Android Enterprise devices. Thank you. :)
