I don't think there is currently any for Samsung device running an Android-Enterprise device agent.  I'm not sure if there is any related option in Samsung OEMConfig compliant "Knox Service Plug-In", which is also available in profile payload available since the recently few MobiControl released versions.

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse! 

Regarding a script to enable dark mode, I don't believe that is an available option at the moment. However, we currently have a toggle to enable/disable dark mode being considered in our settings manager application for a future release of mobicontrol.

There is no current ETA but do keep a look out at the Release Notes for future versions.
