We're looking to a very specific version of device plugin for Zebra/Motorola.
Not sure what the filename would be. Presumably would contain 1.4.1 in it.
The .pcg would install:
Package Name : net.soti.mobicontrol.enterprise.motorola
Name: MobiControl Motorola MX Service
Version : 1.4.1+c9ef2f7
Already contacted SOTI support, they are looking for this already 2 weeks, but can't find it.
Anyone has this version downloaded somewhere?
I have 1.6 and 1.12, and am STILL waiting on 1.16. I do not have 1.4 however, I'm sorry. Newer MC versions allow you to download packages from these server. Perhaps you could upgrade and then download if it is a dire situation?

We really need that exact version.
We only have 2 environment available.
On-Prem v13.4 not upgradable... for our legacy devices as long as it is required.
Cloud v14.4 with no direct access to the DevicePlugins.
To cleanup this mess. 
Devices have double device agent, motorola and zebra
v1.4.1 was not uninstalled properly, and v1.12 was installed on top.
Resulting in weird. (remote control sessions disconnecting, Mobicontrol crashing, etc)
But now that I think of it, maybe 1.6 can help me if it's package name is net.soti.mobicontrol.enterprise.motorola
