Assuming that you are using a recent versions of MobiControl v15.x server, then you can add email profile (SMTP server and account details, list of recipients, etc)  in Global Settings -> Services -> SMTP tab. Just click on the  "+" button to add new profile.  This arrangement is different from previous MobiControl versions in which the email profiles tab can be accessed from the Email tab of any Alert RULE.

Do you mean you want your alert rule to send e-mail(s) to a list of targeted recipient as action?  If so, do you have your corporate SMTP mail server information  & credential ready?

What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?  Is it an on-premises or a cloud server?
