Alert Rules don't Trigger Email Notification

Hey Guys, 

i hope you can help me. 

I Use Alert Rule and want to send Emails if the Alert comes Up but it didn't work. 

I have set the SMTP Profile correct a Test is succeed. 

 

That is working, but if the Alert ist triggerd i can See it on the Alert History but didn't get any Email. 

Here a Exampel Alert Configuration:

Have you checked if you have the same problem with event/status other than battery level?  If the result is consistently negative, I suggest you send email to Soti support team or open an official support ticket in the support web page.  You won't get any ticket number to track status/progress if you just report problem in this forum.

Your problem may be related to problem that is fixed in MobiControl v14.4.4  as reported in the release note (MCMR-19533) at https://docs.soti.net/soti-mobicontrol/release-notes/v144/1444/.   If so, maybe you have to upgrade your MobiControl server to at least this version.  Please confirm with Soti support team after opening the suport case.

thank you for the Answer i think that is exactly my Problem. 

In the near Future i want anyway to Upgrade to Version 15.2
