Hello, we have some Zebra devices (TC57, TC57X, TC58) with Android 10 and Android 13 that when you use the remote control, do not appear any notification to de user. But recently we have deployed a TC27 Android 13 device that allways show notification of remote control. Is ther any way to avoid it?
Hello,I have a problem with tablets on lockdown, since i updated the agents, thay emit notification noises at random time and max volume, even when there is no notfication on my device. Is there a way to solve this ? My tablets are samsung Galxy 5e and S6 lite.
When using an older, static html lockdown template it is possible to display notifications as one of the menu items. https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v15.5/en/console/configurations/profiles/configurations/categories/restrictions/lockdown_notifications.html Are there any plans to bring this capability to the newer, dynamic templates?
Hi cqsdfsdf I have a couple of Samsung galaxy tab tablets in our SOTI All with a diff OS version on: 7 & 8.1.0 and 11 I'm facing problems on the tablets with OS 7 & 8.1.0 even tho i'm not sure if the OS is the problem here. All tablets have the same packages/profiles installed. On the tablets with OS 7 & 8.1.0 i'm not able to swipe down to see any notifications when the tablets are in lockdown mode. Hi, My enrolled Android devices got a System notification several times a day which says "Apps can access your location". That's annoying and i can't disabling it cause it's a system one... Hi, We have a problem after Android update to version 11. We are using Samsung T-505 with the latest mobi agent. We don't see notification bar - when I set admin mode and restart a device, notification bar is visible. After next reset with user mode, notification bar is hidden (empty bar). After set admin mode, we can open notification bar (swipe down) only in home page, other page don't have this option. I don't know how I can repair this. Do you have any ideas?
Hey Guys, i hope you can help me. I Use Alert Rule and want to send Emails if the Alert comes Up but it didn't work. I have set the SMTP Profile correct a Test is succeed. That is working, but if the Alert ist triggerd i can See it on the Alert History but didn't get any Email. Hello, with TC77 and SOTI 14.3 we have a Problem with Remote Control. In the Group permission is "Control Without Notification" activated but the User get an Notification. Where can we configure the Remote Control Notification Settings? Thanks! Marco
I am trying to get users to view app notifications while in lock down. I was following the following instructions: https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v14.1/en/console/configurations/profiles/configurations/categories/restrictions/lockdown_notifications.html However, it opens a page stating "ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME" like it is trying to access a web page. Has anyone been able to get this working? I would have liked to allow the drop down menu to show notifications but then the setting options become available. Status Bar Options also do not appear to be working as intended. TC51 on android 6.0.1 Mobicontrol 14.1.0.1152
